NO MORE GRAVEYARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been working the graveyard shift for the last month and a half. The schedule was forced on me by my soon to be former employer i.e. the job from hell. This was not only the worst schedule I've ever had, but hands down the most unprofessional, aggravating, disorganized, pointless and generally screwed up in almost every conceivable way job I have EVER had.

The good news is that in 5 days... IT'S OVER!!!!!!!!

It's time to start rebuilding my life into some semblance of normality and happiness.

Hey James,

Just wanted to check in and see how you were doing. I went to see my dad over Thanksgiving and think I have finally started to turn the corner with my knee. While there, I walked 4 to 5 miles a day for 5 straight days. My knee felt great and didn't flare up after doing it. I have also continued to go to PT 1 or 2 times a week and have really started to push myself pretty hard there as well. Now that I am back in Ohio, I have been swimming 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile a day and doing 20 to 30 minutes on the exercise bike as well. I even was able to combine PT, swimming and biking on the same day. The result has been that my knee has felt the best it has since February when it started bothering me. I hope that you are able to get back to exercising too and that this might provide you a light of hope if things aren't moving along as fast as you want.

Take care,

Zach
